Kathy Griffin made a self-aggrandizing entrance into the party for the new book “The World of Gloria Vanderbilt” at the Ralph Lauren women’s store on Madison Avenue. Griffin, who’s celebrating turning 50, walked in with Gloria Steinem and declared, “It is truly an evening of icons: Ralph Lauren, Gloria Steinem and Kathy Griffin.” The bash brought out Vanderbilt’s son Anderson Cooper, NBC’s Brian Williams, Sarah Jessica Parker, Andy Cohen, Camilla Belle and Uma Thurman.
