Richie Rich had a funny way of encouraging 300 guests to be charitable at the Child Abuse Prevention Program benefit — yelling, “Bitches, you better bid!” Rich got on the mike at Bridgewaters at the South Street Seaport Wednesday night after auctioneer and former Jet quarterback Ray Lucas announced an on-the-spot donation of two front-row tickets and backstage passes to Rich’s Heatherette label Fashion Week show in February. Rich’s technique seemed to work. The two ducats went for $2,500, and helped raise more than $325,000 for the cause.
