Thanksgiving didn’t mean downtown denizens had to sacrifice their favorite pastime: partying till the wee hours. Chinese restaurant-lounge Red Egg hosted “Misfit Orphans of the Night,” a free-for-all that ran till 4 a.m. Jack Abramcyk, little bro of Bunker Club owner Matt, DJ’d for wayward party people including Daft Punk’s Guy-Man, socialite Fiona Scarry, BLK DNM marketing director Max Vallot, V magazine editors Evelien Joos and Tom Van Dorpe, Soho and Tribeca Grand digital doyen Steven Rojas, photographer Mark Squires and models Mathias Prehn Lauridsen, Milou Van Groesen and Matta Matthiasdottir. The party got an extra basting when a swath of Thanksgiving diners from Balthazar headed to Red Egg to dance off the turkey. The bash was hosted by Ilirjana Alushaj, Sydney Racquel Reising, Simonez Wolf, Travis Bass and Vance Brooking. But partying hard can have drawbacks: Reising’s Facebook status update Friday morning was simply, “Headache.”
