Mayor Bloomberg is so smitten with Honeysuckle Weeks, star of the popular UK crime series “Foyle’s War,” he was joking the other day about a swap in volving longtime gal pal Diana Taylor. “My girlfriend is madly in love with the series’ male star [Michael Kitchens], and I think we could probably make a deal with her,” Hiz zoner quipped to The Post’s Ed mund DeMarche. The randy remarks came after Hizzoner had morning tea at Gracie Mansion with “Foyle’s” creator Andrew Hor witz, who’s in town promoting a new book, “Crocodile Tears.” Wales-born beauty Weeks is in a play in London and couldn’t make the event, disap pointing Bloomberg — who confided he’d “fallen in love” with Weeks after seeing her hit show on DVD. But the mayor may get a bit part on an up coming episode. “I told them to talk to my agent,” Bloomberg said. “After I got cut out of all the work I did with ‘Sex and the City’ — it turned out they wanted more sex and less city — this time we’re going to have an ironclad contract.” Bloomberg’s bit part in the first “Sex and the City” flick wound up on the cutting-room floor.
