The lovebirds went shopping. While exclusive photos of Derek Jeter and his girlfriend Minka Kelly frolicking on the beach were splashed across three pages of The Post yesterday, the handsome couple skipped the beach for some retail therapy. They stopped in Chloe and Louis Vuitton stores and left with shopping bags, and then visited the Cartier shop, where it would have been hard to miss all the diamond engagement rings for sale.
