‘Love’birds Katy Perry and John Mayer pose for single artwork

Katy Perry and John Mayer are serious about their love for each other and now they’ve got the single art to prove it.

A black and white photo of the “on-and-off-again” couple, taken by fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti, is being used as the artwork for the couple’s duet single, “Who You Love.”

The image, which features the couple lounging around a sofa, show Perry, wearing just a slip, caressing the brooding Meyer as he plucks away at his guitar.

As is the norm these day, the artwork was unveiled on social media Monday evening.

“I’m excited to give you the first look at the single artwork for “Who You Love,” shot by the great Mario Sorrenti,” Mayer wrote on his Tumblr.

The photo is comes from the couples first posed photoshoot, reports Vanity Fair.

As self-aware as ever, Mayer already had a retort ready for anyone making fun of the naturalness of the couple’s pose.

“And yes, we look like this at home pretty much all the time,” he wrote in closing out his Tumblr post.

“Who You Love” is the latest single off of Mayer’s sixth studio album, “Paradise Valley.”
