“The Hills” star Stephanie Pratt may be moving to New York to join fellow MTV reality show “The City.” The more sensible sister of drama-prone Spencer Pratt has been talking to producers of the show, which stars Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo. A source said, “Now that ‘The Hills’ is over, Stephanie has been talking about moving to New York for ‘The City.’ There would be a lot of drama there because her ex-best friend, Roxy Olin, is a regular on the show — and there’s bad blood because Roxy just dropped Stephanie for Whitney Port.” A rep for Pratt declined to comment, while an MTV rep didn’t get back to us.
