Lindsay Lohan is a bad driver — even at 5 p.m. — according to actress Courtney Fine. Last Wednesday, Fine left the Beverly Hills/Carmel Assisted Living & Retirement Community, where she volunteers, and was about to make a turn near Third Street when Lohan roared past in her new, white Porsche Cayman SF, recklessly cutting her off. Fine told Page Six, “Amazing, I had just come from a place where ‘rehab’ is what you do after surgery! I couldn’t help wondering what Lohan will be like when she’s 90.”
