Katy Perry might be too bouncy for “Sesame Street,” but she’ll be happy on North Moore Street. Perry and fiancé Russell Brand have just closed on a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse for $2.7 million, reports The Post’s Andy Wang.
The condo, with a south-facing terrace, is — surprisingly for stars who recently tangled with paparazzi — in a nondoorman building. Sources say that Perry and Brand are calling their 1,500-square-foot apartment their NYC “crash pad” to minimize New York income taxes. Perry debuts on “Saturday Night Live” tonight.
