Will the W Downtown become a crash pad for visiting NBA stars? CAA’s Leon Rose and William “World Wide Wes” Wesley — the agents for LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul — were huddled with Jacqueline Bayer of the Moinian Group at BLT Bar & Grill, spies tell The Post’s Lois Weiss. The conversation was about a $20 million-plus deal for a dozen apartments on two high floors of the W New York Downtown Hotel & Residences. The floors have a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and views of the river and Ground Zero.
