Jason Bateman thinks being a child actor had its benefits. “You get to skip a lot of school,” he tells Mo Rocca on today’s “CBS Sunday Morning.” Bateman starred in “Silver Spoons” and “Valerie’s Family” before his success as an adult thespian in “Arrested Development” and in films like “Juno” and “Up in the Air.” But he’s still critical of his starring role in the 1980s clunker “Teen Wolf Too.” “It was bad then, it’s bad today,” he tells Rocca. “If you’re lucky enough to stick around for a long time, you’re going to have some things in your past that are kind of fun to look at.”
