Houston’s family holds intervention for singer’s daughter Bobbi Kristina

Loved ones fear Bobbi Kristina is becoming the next Whitney — tragically.

Family and friends of late pop icon Whitney Houston held an intervention for troubled daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has been going downhill fast since her mom’s shocking death, RadarOnline reported.

The heartbroken 19-year-old daughter has reportedly been hitting the bottle hard, smoking weed and popping pills in the wake of Whitney’s sudden passing on Feb. 11.

“Everyone is worried sick about Krissy,” one insider said. “Her aunt Pat got a number of her friends and family to come to Atlanta and have a serious talk with her about her sobriety.”

But loved ones fear the intervention didn’t have much of an impact.

“There were lots of tears, but Bobbi Kristina didn’t listen,” the source said.

The family has now turned to Plan B, and employed music legend Clive Davis to entice aspiring singer Bobbi Kristina to get her act together.

“Clive keeps telling Bobbi she needs to go to rehab, and that if she does, he’ll help launch her music career,” the source said.

“He’s doing everything he can.”

In her recent chat with Oprah Winfrey, Bobbi Kristina said she’s been suffering from crushing mood swings since Whitney’s death.

“It comes in waves: One moment I can be happy and laughing, but then it comes over me,” she told Oprah. “Sometimes, it’s so surreal. I still walk into the house like, ‘Mom?’ But I’ve accepted it.”

Houston died in her Beverly Hills hotel room on the eve of the Grammys. She drowned in her bathtub after taking cocaine, pot and various medications.
