‘Hamptons hubby huntress’ selling Time Warner pad

Cheryl Mercuris, the self-made millionaire from Florida who made her fortune in direct marketing, has put her Time Warner Center pad at 25 Columbus Circle on the market for $50 million, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. Single mother Mercuris — known as the “Hamptons hubby huntress” — made The Post’s front page in 2010 for dropping a record $500,000 on a two-week summer rental because she was convinced the dating pool was better on the East End. Her Time Warner apartment, a sprawling 8,274-square-foot, six-bedroom penthouse duplex, was gut-renovated and redesigned by Tony Ingrao. Power brokers Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Lee Sample of Sotheby’s declined to comment.
