Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, are looking to buy a new NYC pad. They were spotted hunting for a luxe dwelling in the West Village, we’re told by “Million Dollar Listing” broker Ryan Serhant (who’s not working with the couple). The Patriots QB sold a Time Warner Center condo in 2011 for a reported $17.5 million, while Bundchen unloaded her West Village townhouse for $4.4 million. The real estate-savvy beauty previously sold a Barrow Street residence for $12.95 million in 2009. The couple — who welcomed daughter Vivian Lake in December — built a $20 million, 22,000-square-foot “eco-friendly” mansion in Brentwood, Calif., that took three years to build and came complete with a moat. We assume the West Village isn’t zoned for drawbridges.
