Even before a “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie goes before the cameras, the S&M epic’s already being skewered on the big screen by Mike Tyson and the cast of “Scary Movie 5,” Page Six has exclusively learned.

The “Fifty Shades” sendup in the next chapter of the “Scary Movie” franchise, opening April 12, features Jerry O’Connell as kinky Lothario Christian Grey, who tries to seduce Ashley Tisdale but winds up in a mess of whips, chains, hot wax, goats—and Tyson.

“Prepare for a night of unparalleled passion,” O’Connell tells Tisdale after blindfolding her with a red mask. “Your safe word is . . . deeper.”

Tyson appears from another room, grimacing in pain and telling Grey, “Golly . . . thanks for working on my prostrate like it was a speed bag.” The deviant tycoon shoots back: “I was surprised by your performance as well. Not bad for a washed up, overweight, facially tattooed . . .” Tyson then decks O’Connell, who laughs, saying, “Do it again!” before ending up hanging in chains.

In another clip we’ve seen, O’Connell spanks Tisdale, who blindly trips into a gong, then a cabinet that opens to reveal two goats in leather gear plus whips and chains. O’Connell gets tripped up when vats marked “Hot Wax” and “Lube” spill. The footage is airing tonight on “ET.”

A scene fans won’t see included Audrina Patridge and Kendra Wilkinson but was too racy for the PG-13 movie, which also spoofs other films.

Tisdale told us that “when they told me we were spoofing ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,’ I was kind of nervous” and that Tyson seemed “intimidating,” but “it turned out to be hilarious.”

The actual “Fifty Shades” movie, based on the hit novels, continues to be in limbo, with stars from Emma Watson to Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Gosling being floated as casting favorites by hardcore fans. Author E.L. James recently told Page Six: “We don’t even have a filmmaker . . . so we are still a long way away from casting.”

A source close to Harvey and Bob Weinstein’s “Scary Movie” quipped, “They’re welcome to have our cast if they want.”
