Upcoming “Scary Movie 5” — which spoofs films from “Paranormal Activity” to “Black Swan” and “Mama” — manages to satirize one horror film, “Evil Dead,” that only opened one weekend before it. The trick was pulled off when “Scary” producers, including comedy veteran David Zucker, got their hands on the “Evil Dead” script during the remake’s production. “They got the script in advance under the radar,” said a source, and shot satirical scenes of the rival film with actors including “30 Rock” babe Katrina Bowden, rapper Bow Wow, “Modern Family” star Sarah Hyland and Tyler Posey of MTV’s “Teen Wolf.” “Scary,” which opens Friday, will start airing ads today that skewer “Evil Dead” while it’s in theaters.
