Amanda Bynes nonchalantly strolled through Times Square on Monday with a suspicious rolled cigarette in one hand and a lighter in the other.
With matted blonde extensions, furry boots and sunglasses, the 27-year-old retired actress appeared without a care in the world as she puffed away.
It’s not the first time Bynes smoked openly in public. In December, spies saw Bynes at a Duane Reade “blatantly smoking [a suspicious-looking cigarette] and she had lipstick all over her face.”
Back when she was still a West Coaster, the “Easy A” actress was photographed driving her black BMW in the streets of LA “while smoking out of what appears to be a marijuana pipe,” TMZ reported in September.
Earlier this year, the former Nickelodeon star was evicted from her apartment after neighbors complained about the strong scent of marijuana emitting from her unit.
