‘Housewife’ ex resolves issues

Real estate honcho Harry Dubin is back on the right side of the law. Dubin and his ex-wife, Aviva Drescher, a new member of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” have been in court resolving child-support issues over their son, Harrison. A judge issued an “order of arrest” for Dubin last month after he failed to show up for an appearance in New York family court. But Dubin tells us he missed the court date only because he was “traveling” and that “everything has been resolved.” Dubin and Drescher divorced in 2005; Drescher refused to comment on the court case. Dubin incidentally has ties to other women of the Bravo reality show which starts its new season tonight. Aside from his ex-wife, Dubin went out with Sonja Morgan “decades ago,” and also dated Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, whom he met at a party at Morgan’s home several years ago. “Sonja and I are old friends,” he told us, adding that he plans on watching the new season. “They’re my friends and my-ex wife, so I have to support them.”
