Debra Messing, who separated from husband Daniel Zelman in the fall, has filed for divorce, TMZ reports this afternoon. The actress filed her paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Messing is seeking joint custody of the couple’s son and is also asking for spousal and child support, despite a flourishing career.

Charlie Sheen’s newest gig: branding expert. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Sheen is scheduled to present at the PromaxBDA conference, which focuses on marketing. “There is no doubt Charlie Sheen has created a uniquely personal brand that ignited a cultural conversation,” the organizer explained.

People reports that Fox’s lawyer entered a plea deal for the charge, with the actor agreeing to enter an alcohol treatment program.

David Simon has signed off on the Funny or Die video, “The Wire: The Musical,” going viral today. The executive producer of the iconic show took to his blog to voice his approval, writing, “Just great …. Someone hand me a burner and Sondheim’s number.”
