Anchor Liz Cho & hubby split: dating Josh Elliott?

WABC-TV news anchor Liz Cho is divorcing her husband, Evan Gottlieb, following a nasty legal battle over renovation work on their Westchester home, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

Cho — named one of People magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful People” in 2003 — split with Gottlieb and moved out of their Yonkers mansion three months ago. The couple bought the home in April 2011 but were sued this year by a contractor who accused them of stiffing him out of more than $100,000.

The dark-haired “Eyewitness News” coanchor has since been dating ABC “Good Morning America” news anchor Josh Elliott, sparking rampant gossip in the ABC newsroom.

A source tells us, “Liz and Evan’s marriage fell apart six months ago, and she moved out three months ago. While there are rumors that she had an affair with Josh Elliott, they only started seeing each other after she and her husband split.”

The source added, “Liz and her husband are currently working their divorce out, and making sure they do the best thing for their 5-year-old daughter, Louisa Simone.”

Another source tells us, “Liz and Josh have been seen out on a few dates after she split with Evan, but it is not serious — they are just friends.” Other sources tell us single man-about-town Elliott is dating multiple women.

The Post reported in February that Cho, 41, and Gottlieb were embroiled in a nasty legal battle over renovation work done to their $2.2 million, nine-bedroom, four-bathroom Westchester mansion. Cathal Maguire, a Yonkers contractor, claimed that Cho and her now-estranged husband racked up a $430,875 bill for upgrades made to their home and then stiffed him for $100,875 of the work.

Cho and her spouse filed a counterclaim in state Supreme Court in White Plains alleging Maguire inflated prices, charged for work never done and did a shoddy job. The case is ongoing.

A spokesman for Cho and ABC declined to comment last night,
