Celebrity workout guru Tracy Anderson says her star client Gwyneth Paltrow stays in such great shape because she is “disciplined.” Anderson told us at her TriBeCa studio that Paltrow sweats through her “Method” routine six times a week. It is a complex routine involving elastic stretch bands, a wooden workout stick, dumbbells and ankle weights. Anderson joked that Paltrow is “uncoordinated during workouts, but she’s disciplined.”
