Very early 2016 presidential polls show that Hillary Clinton has quite a few fans in America, but she’s also got a few in Spain as well.

The former Secretary of State and actor Antonio Banderas were honored at Tuesday night’s Queen Sofia Spanish Institute Gold Medal Gala. The event, which was held at the Waldorf Astoria, has been recognizing individuals who contribute to the global appreciation of Spain since 1978.

Clinton and Banderas weren’t the only luminaries in attendance at the Queen Sofia-hosted gala. Also spotted at the event were Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenberg and Michael Douglas.
