The teenage “Gossip Girl” star, who has said she prefers singing to acting, will be headlining Teen Vogue’s party tonight promoting Thursday’s Fashion Night Out, along with her band, Pretty Reckless. “She’s been practicing for it all week,” says a source. The magazine is closing down Perry Street and setting up a stage between Bleecker and West Fourth for the occasion.
