Kelly Bensimon is ready to bare all. The “Real Housewives of New York City” star has signed to appear on the cover of the March issue of Playboy with a six-page nude pictorial on the inside. Her ex-husband, photographer Gilles Bensimon, will be doing the shoot. “I’m thrilled to be on the cover and show what sexy looks like at 41,” Bensimon told us through her rep.
