Deyn & Franco instant friends

Agyness Deyn, the model with a rocky romantic history, seemed to hit it off with James Franco at the Cinema Society showing of “Howl” on Monday night. After a chat, the two asked a mutual pal to put them in touch. The film premieres at Sundance tomorrow. [More on Franco: Cindy Adams, here.] The actor, who plays Allen Ginsberg in the film, stayed late afterward chatting with the likes of Bjork, who refused to have her photo taken, Mischa Barton, who had a rip in her tights, Michael Stipe, Brooke Shields, Zachary Quinto, Dan Abrams and legal mastermind Floyd Abrams, who once defended the poet on obscenity charges.
