Neil Diamond takes in Streisand-inspired play

Neil Diamond — who crooned the 1978 hit “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” with Barbra Streisand — was spotted slipping into Michael Urie’s off-Broadway show, “Buyer & Cellar,” which is inspired by Barbra herself.

The play stars Urie as a struggling actor working at Streisand’s estate who unexpectedly bonds with the diva.

Other stars who’ve seen the show — which just extended its run — include Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis, Bette Midler, Bernadette Peters, Nick Jonas, Vanessa Williams and “Everybody Loves Raymond” star Doris Roberts, who’s mentioned in the script.

“Interesting to note,” said a spy who saw Diamond at the Barrow Street Theatre, “Neil did not bring Michael Urie any flowers.”
