Kim Kardashian mocks self on ‘Last Man Standing’

Kim Kardashian made a guest appearance on the Tim Allen sitcom “Last Man Standing” last night, in a part that the reality TV star described as a “more dramatic version of myself.”

In the episode, Allen’s onscreen daughter is a fan of Kardashian and worries that the reality TV star is flying to their city during an impending storm. “The thought of her bouncing around up there terrifies me,” the daughter says.

“Isn’t the thought of her bouncing around what made her famous in the first place?” Allen’s onscreen wife quips.

Soon after, the daughter goes to see Kardashian sign books at a local store.

“Kim, seriously, you look so beautiful. Can I give you a hug?” the daughter asks, after running past a line to get to Kardashian.

“Sure, I could use one,” responds Kardashian, wearing a white blazer and pearls.

But when the daughter has a full-fledged meltdown, Kardashian turns to her people and says, “Now, I’m thinking no hug.” Security boots the daughter.

Kardashian told “Entertainment Tonight” that she wasn’t preparing too hard for the role.

“I play myself, so if I do bad at this, I have some issues,” Kardashian said. “It’s fun to play the more dramatic version of myself.”

Kardashian has been amping up her acting resume lately. In November, she reportedly hired acting coach Susan Batson, who Nicole Kidman thanked when accepting her Best Actress Oscar in 2002. The reality TV star was reportedly working with the coach to help her nail her part in Tyler Perry’s “The Marriage Counselor,” which she filmed shortly after filing for divorce from Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries.

The reality TV star has also committed to a multiple episode arc on the Lifetime drama, “Drop Dead Diva,” to air this summer.
