New York’s rival nightlife impresarios don’t usually mingle, but artist Ksenya Roz brought them together the other day by poking fun at their world. Butter’s Richie Akiva, Provocateur’s Michael Satsky, Thompson Hotel’s Jason Pomeranc and SoHo restaurateur Henry Simler checked out Roz’s paintings of doormen Wass Stevens, Binn and Genc Jakupi and Alex Julian standing in piles of bloody sausage to “represent the Meatpacking District.” Russian-born Roz’s work also features young women whom she labeled “Eastern European Whores.”
