Rumer Willis was spotted outside the hospital where mom Demi Moore is currently seeking treatment for “substance abuse” issues. Willis looked visibly distraught yesterday afternoon as she smoked a cigarette and talked on the phone. Sources close to the young actress say that Willis has been worried about Moore for weeks, even as the mother and daughter were seen partying together.
A source tells the website HollywoodLife.com that Willis has been concerned enough to reach out to Moore’s estranged husband Ashton Kutcher, currently in Brazil, for help.

“Rumer is devastated,” the source says. “She worries day and night about her mother and has been watching her mom fall apart. Rumer actually reached out to Ashton on several occasions and he just blew her off. He either wouldn’t answer or he’d say he’d help but nothing would happen.”
Over the holidays, Moore and Willis headed to Lotus Bar in Turks and Caicos.
“Demi was dancing like crazy, she wasn’t acting like a mom … it was wild,” a source said at the time. “She was dancing and Rumer looked mortified and completely embarrassed. It was really shocking.”
More recently, on Jan. 11, Moore once again headed out on the town with daughter Willis, this time to The Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.
“When [Moore] first arrived, she kept to herself … but she started loosening up and getting into party mode,” a source now tells People. “She seemed really happy to be out with her daughter’s friends.”
The source notes that Moore was seen drinking Red Bull, rather than alcohol. She was also reportedly flirting with actor Ryan Rottman of “90210,” a show which Willis guest-starred on.
“[Moore] found ways to touch him all night, and at one point when he was in front of her, she was grinding on his butt,” the source told People, “His shirt came unbuttoned, and she started tickling his bare chest playfully.”
Moore has appeared increasingly frail in recent months, following allegations in September that Kutcher had a hotel tryst with 22-year-old Sara Leal on the same night as the couple’s sixth wedding anniversary. In November, Moore announced that she would be ending their marriage.
On Monday night, Moore was rushed to the hospital, a friend telling E! News “it was like she was suffering from a seizure.”
Moore was taken to an LA hospital, where she was treated for “substance abuse” problems.
Yesterday, Moore’s publicist released a statement saying, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her friends and family.”
