It was a summit of the previously pervy pols Wednesday night when Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer crossed paths. Spies saw the duo dining at separate tables at posh David Burke Townhouse — and when they saw each other, they met in the middle of the dining room for a public bro-hug. “Weiner and Spitzer were both having business dinners across the room from each other. But when they spotted each other, they got up and hugged,” said a gobsmacked guest at the Upper East Side eatery. The reformed sexter and sock-wearing john then went to their neutral corners, we hear, rather than getting up to any trouble afterward. Reports say Weiner could be eyeing a comeback by running as city comptroller.
