Tatum O’Neal has finally sold her Lower East Side digs in the old Jewish Daily Forward building for $1.71 million, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. The apartment, behind a 1912 façade, was a big draw for house-hunting stars including Rooney Mara and Jesse Eisenberg. But it was sold to Daniel and Abby Ziluca. Corcoran’s Tim Cass had the listing. O’Neal bought it for $1.42 million in 2006, two years before she was busted for crack a few blocks away and pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
