Naomi Campbell’s diva behavior at ‘The Face’ premiere

Coco Rocha will arrive early, Karolina Kurkova (left) will be on time, and Naomi Campbell will show two hours late,” a guest predicted correctly at Oxygen’s bash for “The Face” Tuesday at Marquee. Campbell — who claims to have curbed her diva behavior to play mentor to naïve model hopefuls — arrived later than her co-stars, and had to pull Rocha and Kurkova back to the unheated outdoor carpet for pictures before being whisked inside. Freezing media members had shown up three hours earlier to the arctic carpet in anticipation of Campbell’s arrival. About rumors the series’ three model mentors don’t get along, host and former “America’s Next Top Model” judge Nigel Barker told us they’re “neither true nor false.” He said, “At times personalities clashed, but they’re very professional at the end of the day. None of these girls likes to be told they’re not going to win. These are supermodels. They don’t get told ‘no,’ they get told ‘yes,’ and then, ‘when’ and ‘how much.’ For them, not to win is a big problem.” Kurkova shut down talk of disagreements — while pointing out their differences — telling us, “We are three different women, and all of them I respect and admire. Naomi is an icon and someone I grew up watching. I’m 28, she’s been around . . . She’s an incredible supermodel . . . Everyone had their different styles and ways, but we all respect each other. We wouldn’t be on the show together if we didn’t like and respect each other.”

UPDATE: Sources tell us Campbell was late because she was held up shooting a segment for “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
