Prabal Gurung transformed Pier 57 into a carnival with rides, stilt walkers, games and a performance by Ne-Yo Wednesday in celebration of his new line for Target. Rashida Jones, Olivia Thirlby and Elizabeth Olsen arrived in the collection, while Carey Mulligan carried only a bag from the line. But reps said that was fine. “We always encourage our attendees to wear the collection, but that’s their call,” said Target rep Joshua Thomas. “That’s anyone’s prerogative. Target and Prabal were delighted to have her there.”
