Goldman party honcho Richard Kimball Jr. forced out of bachelor pad

Goldman Sachs partner Richard Kimball Jr. was forced to move to a hotel after the condo board at his $35,000-a-month West Village pad re fused to renew his lease last month following a series of wild parties. As we reported, Kimball infuriated neighbors at 99 Jane St. with loud music and scantily clad models at all hours. Now Page Six Magazine, out on Thursday, reports Kimball is temporarily living out of a hotel, and the condo board has approved the Knicks’ Amar’e Stoudemire as its new penthouse tenant. Last year, Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein decreed that employees should “not be seen living high on the hog.” Now, Goldman sources tell the magazine that Kimball risks being “declawed,” which would strip him of his power and status and leave him partner in name only. Neither Goldman nor Kimball returned calls. But friends say Kimball was just blowing off steam over his split last year from his wife, Holly Peterson, daughter of Blackstone Group’s Pete Peterson. “Rick is a fun party guy, and anyone who is 45 and gets divorced is trying to meet new people and have fun,” said a friend. “I don’t think what he’s doing is a crime.”
