Simon Cowell and baby-mama Lauren Silverman have been house-hunting in Manhattan.
The pair and new baby, Eric, were seen last week leaving their St. Regis hotel digs in a burgundy Bentley and checking out several Upper East Side apartments, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil.
One address was Carlton House at 21 E. 61st St. — Extell Development’s luxury condo conversion of the old Carlton Hotel off Madison Avenue.
Cowell wasn’t looking at over-the-top units, like the $65 million penthouse, but abodes in the $10 million to $20 million range.
Cowell, whose “The X Factor” was just cancelled, put his Beverly Hills bachelor pad back on the market last week for $17.9 million.
We hear the new parents will divide time between here and London.
