LiLo’s lawyer dumping actress for good: report

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley refuses to go back to represent the troubled starlet.

Despite her last-minute appearance at Lohan’s alleged lying-to-cops arraignment, TMZ reports that Holley is done representing her for good.

Sources tell the gossip site that Holley is now in the process of getting the necessary signatures to officially withdraw before Lohan’s next hearing on Jan. 30.

Holley, the legal-eagle who’s miraculously kept Lohan from serving serious jail time all these years, appeared on Lohan’s behalf at a hearing last week, entering a not guilty plea.

Holley’s reason for exit are yet unclear, but the financially broke star reportedly owes the lawyer $300,000. (Holley has not returned requests for comment.)

“Lindsay owes Shawn [Holley] over $300K in legal fees and she hasn’t made any payments to her in over six months. Lindsay hadn’t paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer,” a source told RadarOnline.

As previously reported, Holley was initially canned earlier this month when she was literally on her way to court to try and make a plea deal for lockdown rehab for the actress. However, Lohan begged her long-standing attorney to come back on board in her most recent case that involves allegedly lying to police about her June car crash.

She told the judge she was representing the 26-year-old “at this point” and promised the judge, “The representation issue will be nailed down.”

Lohan is also represented by Mark Heller, a New York lawyer who is not licensed to practice in California.
