Simon Cowell is considering giving his married pregnant lover Lauren Silverman a $15 million home in Beverly Hills, sources tell Page Six.

The wealthy music mogul is planning to bring 36-year-old socialite Lauren over to California once her divorce is settled and could move her into a house he bought in 2011, but never moved into.

Cowell bought, the Hal Levitt-designed house in Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates for $15.5 million in December 2011. The place had belonged to AEG exec Randy Phillips.

It has sweeping views of Los Angeles, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a digital screening room and a pool, and is steeped in Hollywood history, having once belonged to “Pillow Talk” producer Ross Hunter and “Singin’ in the Rain” set decorator Jacques Mapes.

And it is a short drive from Cowell’s sprawling mansion on North Palm Drive in Beverly Hills.

A source told us, “Lauren and Simon are still very much together. She is staying in the Hamptons while she continues to negotiate her divorce with her husband Andrew Silverman. But once the divorce is finalized, she and Simon plan to be together, and it is expected she will move to California. “

Lauren, who is around ten weeks pregnant, remains at her family’s rented Hamptons home as she works to settle her divorce with Andrew. One sticking point is said to be custody of their seven-year-old son Adam. A source confirms, “Andrew had filed for full custody and doesn’t want Lauren to take Adam from New York to Beverly Hills.”
