Kim Kardashian seems shocked that splitting with estranged husband Kris Humphries isn’t as easy as changing her outfit. The reality TV star obliviously complained on last night’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” that Humphries was making the process of ending their 72-day union “so difficult.”
“My divorce has been really draining, really stressful,” Kardashian complained over the phone to sister Khloe Kardashian, after leaving a meeting with her lawyer about the split. “I just want to leave this chapter of my life behind me.”
Kardashian was not above assigning blame in the situation, expressing surprise that Humphries would be “pissed” about her pulling the plug on their marriage and taking up with Kanye West just months later.
“I think someone just wants to make it so difficult,” Kardashian complained to her sister. “When one person just wants a divorce and the other one is just pissed, they try to make it so difficult.”

Rather than go to a therapy session, Kardashian handled her anger by heading out wig shopping with her friend, Malika Haqq. There Kardashian picked up two wigs — one blonde and one red — to help her assume two alter egos, a Southern belle and a spy.
“Khloe’s talk really inspired me just to have more fun,” Kardashian said, trying to explain her bizarre actions. “[Wearing wigs] is so liberating.”
However, Kardashian’s wigs and matching accents didn’t appear to go over well with her family. Her brother Rob Kardashian refused to be seen with her in public, and her younger half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner balked at her.
Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner added, “You’re starting to freak me out a little bit with these wigs. Are we having an identity crisis?”
