Sources say the couple of nearly two years are planning to move in together and are looking for apartments downtown. The Greek shipping heir lives on the Upper East Side, while model Hart lives near the East Village. Niarchos and his pals were involved in a notorious dust- up with Adam Hock at lounge Double Seven in February. Hart’s rep couldn’t be reached.
