Oscar nominee Judi Dench will not attend Sunday’s ceremony, we’ve learned.
The star — nominated for “Philomena” in the Best Actress category with Amy Adams, Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep — is in India filming “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel 2.”
Sources said her schedule wouldn’t permit her to get to LA in time for the show. Dench reportedly said the round trip would take a whopping 48 hours.
After missing the Golden Globes, Dench had said she intended to make the Oscars.
