Kristen banned from Rob’s NYC red carpet

She’ll be put into hiding like a vampire trying to avoid the sun.

Kristen Stewart is not welcome at jilted boyfriend Robert Pattinson’s Aug. 13 New York City premiere of “Cosmopolis,” RadarOnline reported.

According to the gossip site, security has been told to keep the “Twilight” star, who admitted to hooking up with her “Snow White and The Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders, away from the red carpet and after-party of Pattinson’s first scheduled public appearance after photos were published of Stewart and Sanders making out.

At the time, Stewart released an emotional statement saying, “This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry,” Kristen said.

“The decision was made because Robert just doesn’t want to see her. There were fears that she could use it as a chance to talk to him in person and that sort of drama is not wanted at the premiere,” a source told Radar.

“There’s also the fact that if she did attend, it would distract from the film premiere itself and the movie bosses are not interested in that sort of publicity,” the source said.

Meanwhile, People magazine reported that Rob is “heartbroken and angry, and sources tell the magazine that he’s been drinking and relying on friends to deal with the pain.”

Yesterday, it was reported that the wife of the philandering director has told him that he won’t be directing the sequel to “Snow White and The Huntsman” if he wants to save their marriage.

Sanders, 41, was originally lined up to direct the sequel after it became a box office success. However, he is yet to sign an agreement with Universal Pictures who are considering putting someone else in the director’s chair, the site reported.

“Liberty let it be known in no uncertain terms that Rupert can’t direct the sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman,” a source revealed to the gossip site.
