Susan Sarandon takes direction from auteurs like Louis Malle, Ridley Scott and Cameron Crowe, but not from photographers like Aubrey Reuben. At the recent opening night of Purgatorio, British-born Reuben tried to coax “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” actress into doing her famed “Time Warp” dance from the cult movie. “Leave me alone,” she snapped. “I’m not here to work.” Reuben shot back, “Susan, my dear, for a liberal you’ve become awfully conservative.”
