Madonna has geared up for summer, renting a house on Lily Pond Lane in East Hampton, where she’ll be neighbors of Jerry Della Femina and Martha Stewart. Sources say the Material Mom, who bought Kelly Klein‘s 30-acre horse farm in Bridgehampton for her mounts, rented Coxwould, the English-flavored, six-bedroom house of real-estate developer Lowell Shulman, who listed the meticulously landscaped 2-acre property for $425,000 for the season. Meanwhile, there’s more evidence Madge has no plans to dump boy-toy Jesus Luz. She’s flying down to his hometown, Rio, to see the Samba Parade during Carnival on Feb. 14, which happens to be Valentine’s Day. She’ll be be a guest of Rio’s governor, Sergio Cabral, and watch the thousands of scantily clad dancers and drummers from his private box in the Sambadromo.
