Adam Dell isn’t trying to negotiate with Padma Lakshmi single-handedly. The Texan brother of billionaire computer maker Michael Dell has hired legal eagle Bill Zabel to help him win a larger role in the life of his daughter, Krishna Lakshmi. Zabel has repped everyone from George Soros, Jane (Mrs. Jack) Welch, Kerry Kennedy-Cuomo and Nancy Friday to Howard Stern. But a source close to Lakshmi said, “If Dell has changed his mind, that’s his problem. They [Lakshmi and Dell] already have an agreement.”
