“The City” star Roxy Olin has a new love interest. We hear Patrick McMullan studio photographer Zach Hyman will be playing boyfriend to the fashion publicist when the new season debuts next month. “He’s playing the cool, artsy guy,” says a source. On Tuesday night, cast members Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo joined Olin at the opening of Hyman’s exhibition at the Chair and the Maiden Gallery on Christopher Street. Hyman gained notoriety last summer for orchestrating a nude photo shoot in a subway car.
