Facebook co-founder and billionaire Sean Parker will marry his fiancée, Alexandra Lenas, in June during a medieval-themed costume party, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
The Napster creator and Lenas, with whom he has a daughter, Winter Victoria Parker, will marry in a forest setting in Big Sur, Calif., on June 1. And guests will each get their own custom-made medieval costume.
One source tell us, “The save-the-date cards have gone out, which look like a medieval scroll, telling guests that the wedding will consist of a number of events over the weekend of June 1 in Big Sur.
“There will be some kind of medieval theme, and guests will each get their own costumier. It’s not yet fully decided what the costumes will be like, the theme is supposed to fit in with the environment and the natural beauty of the area. But, yes, there is a chance the wedding could end up looking like an episode of ‘Game of Thrones.’ ”
Parker, who is currently a backer for music service Spotify, proposed to petite singer Lenas in February 2011, and their daughter was born in January.
Justin Timberlake portrayed Parker during his Facebook days in 2010’s “The Social Network.” But Parker told Page Six in 2011, “There’s a certain pressure from the press and even from the people I meet to live up to that reputation that’s been created by the film. Even if I set out to throw a really small party . . . people assume it’s going to be a wild, crazy thing.”
Despite this, Parker is known for his flamboyant affection for costume parties. In 2011, he and Lenas decked themselves out in gory outfits inspired by “The Birds” for Halloween. The previous year, Parker went as far as to bleach his hair to dress as Timberlake, while Lenas appeared as Britney Spears. He’s also known for throwing parties at his West 10th Street town house, aptly called “The Bacchus House.”

After news got out about the ceremony, Parker personally responded on his Facebook and Twitter today.
“Sorry to disappoint those of you who were looking forward to dressing up in medieval garb, but the wardrobe designs we’ve made for our guests are essentially modern.
“This is NOT a theme wedding and there will be nothing ‘medieval’ about it. Academy award winning costume designer Ngila Dickson [‘The Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Xena: Warrior Princess’] created a series of outfits for everyone that are based on modern suits and dresses with some elements of victorian flair and whimsy; however they are not at all ‘medieval.'”
He also tweeted, “Just because we don’t trust our guests to dress themselves properly doesn’t mean we want them to look like #GoT characters.”
