New York’s culinary elite were in a rowdy move following Monday night’s James Beard awards at Lincoln Center. Over at David Chang’s new spot, Ma Peche, “people were doing keg stands and playing flip cup. It was basically a frat party,” according to one guest. Meanwhile, at Eleven Madison Park, “Daniel Boulud and [‘Best New Chef’ winner] Daniel Humm were spraying the crowd with champagne. I’ve never seen a four-star restaurant get that wild.”
