Lady Gaga, one of the Time 100, skipped the dinner in honor of her and the other 99 to attend the weekly party of her longtime friend and former performance partner Lady Starlight at the Royalton Hotel. “She walked in with no entourage at all, wearing sunglasses, a leather jacket, and just a bra on underneath,” says a spy. “No one even realized who she was at first.”
