New Michael Jackson album gets splashy listening party

The controversial new Michael Jackson album, “Michael,” will get a splashy introduction at a listening party Monday at Roseland Ballroom. The posthumous album, which drops Tuesday, has been under scrutiny, as some Jackson family members don’t believe it’s authentic, but producers Eddie Cascio and Teddy Riley insist Jacko’s voice is the real thing. Riley, Cascio and singer/rapper Akon are all expected at Monday’s event.
