Then, on Saturday, A-Rod dined at Prime 112 with a petite brunette. A Miami source told us, “Alex and Elaine are seeing a lot of each other and work out together nearly every day. But their relationship is by no means exclusive . . . And he keeps bragging that Madonna is still texting him all the time.” A-Rod’s rep didn’t get back to us.
